Type O Negative - Bloody Kisses (1993) (SOtD DCCCXCIII)

Bloody Kisses was he third album of the North American Gothic Doom Metal band Type O Negative.
In my opinion this was the best release from the band, that disbanded in 2010 after the death of their charismatic singer Peter "Steele".

Type O Negative - Black No. 1

Savatage - Edge Of Thorns (1993) (SOtD DCCCXCII)

Going even further back in time, let's remember a few great albums that saw the light 20 years ago.
And no better way to start than with an American Progressive Heavy Metal classic.
Edge Of Thorns was the seventh full-length from Savatage, the last one before Criss Oliva's tragic death later that year.

Amorphis - Far From The Sun (2003) (SOtD DCCCXCI)

Far From The Sun is considered the black sheep in the otherwise immaculate career of Amorphis.
Although is clearly a weaker album, it still has a few good songs, like this one...

Amorphis - Day Of Your Beliefs

The Kovenant - S.E.T.I. (2003) (SOtD DCCCXC)

S.E.T.I. was the fourth full-length from the Norwegian Industrial Metal band The Kovenant.
It was also their last release until now, although there was never any information regarding the end of the band.

The Kovenant - Star By Star

At Vance - The Evil In You (2003) (SOtD DCCCLXXXIX)

The Evil In You was the fifth album from the German Heavy Power Metal and At Vance.

At Vance - Broken Vow

Xandria - Kill The Sun (2003) (SOtD DCCCLXXXVIII)

Kill The Sun was the debut album from the German Symphonic Metal band Xandria.
